| Description: | W.W. Williams Company is looking for a person with extensive experience in Government Contracts, FAR clauses, and compliance requirements for a commercial business to provide services to Department of Defense. Successful candidate will have knowledge of FAR clauses, and reporting requirements for GSA schedule. Must be familiar with compliance to Service Contract Act. Small Business requirements and ITAR. This position is located in Columbus (Grandview) Ohio. |
| Duties: | Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work with General Counsel to insure contract compliance through review of all solicitation/contract FAR clauses.
Is a point of contact for government agencies and our Customer Support Centers for assistance with regard to Government contracts.
Manage Central Contractor Registrations and ORCA government representations and certifications process.
Manages the GSA schedule ie: tracking and reporting sales, processing Industrial Funding Fee payments, GSA modifications, GSA audits, and communicate with GSA Contracting Officer.
Manage “State term schedule” process similar to the Federal GSA schedule except this is the “State” schedule.
Manages the Small Business Subcontracting Plan i.e.; updating plan as needed, reporting subcontracting expenses to the government, attending small business workshops and matchmaking events to insure we’re meeting goals. Identify and track small business subcontractors.

| Qualifications: | Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with government contracts and regulations.
